Steps

Clean the liver and place it in a sufuria with little amount of water to boil for 15 minutes not more than that

Take and cut the liver into small pieces

Slice up the onions and put them in a sufuria to sauté add carrot and diced carrots stir till golden and add liver

Add garlic ginger paste, masala and pilau mix stir so that they incorporate well

Add chopped tomatoes and capsicum to the mixture then put a lead and wait for 5minutes so that the tomatoes can cook properly

Add tomato paste and stir for some time

Liver is ready to serve enjoy with rice or any other main dish
