Mango avocado salad
A beautiful combination of sweet and sour🥑🥗
Steps

In a small bowl, soak the onions in salt water

Squeeze one lemon juice in a bowl, add the olive oil, add the mango cut up into cubes, then the avocado.

Add lettuce, grated carrots and onions washed in salt water and a pickle cut up into thin slices.

Season as appropriate. Serve. Or you can pop it in the fridge to chill before you serve.
