Wash all the veggies with salt.

Break eggs and separate the white and the yolk,beat each separately with lil garlic and salt

Put a non-stick pan on the stove when hot pour the yolk and stir fry like scrambled eggs,for 1 mins.set aside

Do the same procedure to the white and set aside

Your salad is ready you can do the plating as you desire.
