  • 125 gUnsalted Butter
  • 150 gCaster Sugar
  • 2Eggs
  • 1 1/2 TeaspoonVanilla Extract
  • 200 gPlain Flour
  • 120 gPecan Nuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre-heat Oven to 170

  2. 2

    Melt Chocolate and Butter together

  3. 3

    Add Sugar and stir until fully incorporated

  4. 4

    Add Eggs & Vanilla Extract and Stir Briskly

  5. 5

    Add Flour & Pecans and mix until fully incorporated

  6. 6

    Bake for 30-35minutes
