  • 2baingan chopped
  • to tasteSalt and red chilli
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 2 tbspcoriander
  • 1 tspkalonji
  • 2 tbspoil

    Take a pan

    Heat oil add kalonji

  3. 3

    Add aloo,baingan and spices and mix well and cover it

    Cook for 10 minutes
