Super easy to make and absolutely delicious to eat.

Thoroughly clean the whiting, removing the central and side bones. Wash them and let them drain well (pat dry with paper towels).

Once dry, season with salt, coat in flour, then dip in the egg mixed with a splash of milk. Fry until golden brown. We like to serve them with a tomato salad and bread with tomato.
