Rinse rice and seive water from it.

Heat ghee in a pan and roast rice in it till light pink colour. Add hot milk and mix it,Cook it on low to medium flame. In between steer it.

When rice becomes soft and it looks thick then add sugar,cardamom pwder,saffron mix it well.

Add cashews add chopped cashews, almonds, and pistachio in it and mix it. Off the flame

Keep khiraan aside for letting it cool. Add chopped litchi and cream in it mix it well. Keep it in refrigerator and serve it.
