Ingredients

  • 100 gmflat beans
  • 1brinjal
  • 1potato
  • 1handfull lentil
  • 1 tspcelery seeds
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspgreen chillies
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a wok add dumplings and fry

  2. 2

    Add oil and fry it and keep aside

  3. 3

    Now add more oil and temper celery seeds and green chillies

  4. 4

    Add veggies saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  5. 5

    Cover it till it is soft

  6. 6

    Add ginger and dumplings

  7. 7

    Saute well adding sugar

  8. 8

    Serve it with rice
