Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled matar
  2. 2boiled aloo
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tspdhaniya powder
  5. 1 tspgaram masala
  6. 1 bowlmaida dough
  7. to tastesalt
  8. Someoil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok add all spices and boiled potatoes and roast it.

  2. 2

    Make balls with the dough,roll it cut into 2 part fill potato mixture bind it.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a wok add samosa and deep fry till golden in colour
