Ingredients

  • leavesZobo
  • Cucumber
  • Ginger
  • Cinamon (optional)
  • Cloves
  • Sugar
  • Pineapple peel
  • Any flavor of your choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak zobo leaves, cloves,cinamon and pineapple peel with steaming hot water for an hour

  2. 2

    Sieve and set aside

  3. 3

    Blend ginger and cucumber and then sieve and mix with zobo

  4. 4

    Add sugar and flavor of your choice

  5. 5

    Garnish with cubed cucumber slices if you like and serve cold. Bon apetit !
