Hunters chicken pies

We both enjoy hunters chicken so I thought I’d have a go at making some pies using the recipe and a pie maker.

We both enjoy hunters chicken so I thought I’d have a go at making some pies using the recipe and a pie maker.
Pie recipe 1/3 today.
Steps

Roll out pastry and cut bases and tops. Place on greaseproof paper and place in the fridge until ready to use.

Dice the chicken and bacon. Add to a pan and cook until the meat is cooked.

When the meat is cooked. Remove from heat and allow to cool. While cooling add most of the cheese and stir in.

When the chicken and bacon mix is cold. Line the cold pie maker with the bases and fill. Use the last of cheese as a topping before covering with the top.

Cook for 15 minutes until the pies are golden. Remove from the pie maker.

Serve with potatoes and veg or have on their own.

Enjoy.
