Eat this amazing healthy Keto pie! The “black apple” doesn’t mean rotten apple. It means black berries and apple! Yum 😋

Set the shredded apple aside until later.

In a blender, blend your blackberries until they form a smooth purée (you may use a small food processor or a nitro bullet) set aside.

To make the crusts: add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix. (This recipe for the crust should make two 8 1/2 inch crusts. If not double it) add your crust dough to a 8 1/2 inch pie plate. (Make two pie crusts)

Bake the crust at 400 F. For 7-9 minutes

To make the topping: in a large bowl add coconut cream and stevia. Beat with an electric mixer for 5 minutes (or until stiff peaks form) add salt and beat again. Add the blackberry dust and mix with a spoon

Add the filling to your crust and bake at 400 for 34 minutes

Top with topping once cooled!

Notes: blackberry dust is easily made! It’s not actually dry! Just take a lemon zester and kind of zest 22 blackberries! (Works best if blackberries are frozen)
