Heat clarified butter in a cooker and add green chilli paste,onions and ginger garlic paste

Saute until onion turns golden brown

Add tomato and cook for 2 minutes

Add potatoes,peas and beetroot and cook for 3-4 minutes

Add salt,pavbhaji masala and red chilli powder and roast for 2 minutes

Add water and close the lid

Cook for 3-4 whistles

Mash with a masher after opening the lid

Mix lemon juice and butter
- 10
Serve with roasted pav.
