Cut bottle gourd into small cubes.Take onion and dice it

Take 1/2 quantity of butter.Saute diced onions.When pink add ghia and cook till tender.

When this cools grind it in the mixer till smooth paste

Pour this paste in the soup (stock). Then bring it to a boil.

Take 1tbsp of cornflour mix it in cold water and add to the boiling soup.

When throughly boiled add th remaining butter,salt and pepper and serve.
