Ingredients

  • 1 cupbasmati rice
  • Blended tomatoes,onions and pepper
  • Chopped onions
  • Chopped sausages
  • Spices
  • Seasoning
  • Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash basmati with cold water and cook with 3cups of water until done

    In a sauce pan, pour pepper paste then add vegetable oil and onions

  3. 3

    Fry for 7minutes then add sausages, onions, seasoning and spices. Allow for another 5minutes to simmer and serve
