Cut the chicken into small pieces and add corn flour, all purpose flour, chilli sauce, ginger garlic paste,egg, salt and pepper and mix it well with the chicken pieces.If the marination is too thin then add extra corn flour to it,make sure the masalas coat nicely won the pieces.Keep it aside and let it marinate for minimun 20-30 minutes. Fry the chicken in hot oil and keep aside.

In a pan add oil and add onions & garlic and ginger, and saute for few second, once the raw smell of the garlic is gone add dry red chilies, green chilies, bell pepper,add a tiny bit of salt and saute until the onions are translucent.
once the onions are translucent add chilli sauce, soy sauce and vinegar and mix well. All the fried chicken pieces and mix well.
