Steps

Wash carrots and tomatoes. Cut into random pieces cube shape. Cut green chillies too.

Now pressure cook all by adding water, salt and black pepper. Whistle for 4 times on medium to high flame.

Let cooker get cool, now with help of hand blender crush everything in cooker and then with a soup strainer,strain it.

Now the healthy Shorba is ready,again give it a boil before consuming. Add dhaniya patta while serving on top of it(optional).
