Keep all the ingredients ready to make a soft dough

Add in the dry masalas to makki aata

Add in the curd

Now add in the wet ingredients

Make a soft dough using Lukewarm water.

Grease your hands and Make medium sized round and fat dhoklas with a hole in between

Grease the dhoklas

Place the dhokla plate in a steamer and cover and let cook for 15 mins

Makki dhoklas are ready to serve piping hot with tadke wali urad deal or any chutney of your choice.give a fresh tadka of til and whole red chillies.
