Slice the vegetables after washing
Par-boil the cowtail and dry fish, add salt and seasoning until less stock - 2
Roughly blend the pepper and onion and add to the parboiled meat and fish and allow to boil for a minute.
Add the sliced vegetables and crayfish then let boil for one minute - 3
Add Palm oil and taste for seasoning and leave to boil for 3 minutes. Done!
