After 12 hours drained and dry it

After dry rice grind it and to make finely flour

In flour add vamu and salt and seasom seeds

Add water to make like thick idli batter and allow to rest 1/2 hour

After 1/2 hour to make chakinam in cloth after that dry it for 1/2 hour

Half dry of chakinam to allow to deep fry in oil
- 8
To make golden brown colour
