To make methi idli,first soak 1 cup rice and methi seeds for 4 hrs.

Then grind the soaked rice and methi seeds to make smooth batter.

Now mix the batter with dosa/idly batter.

Add the baking powder and the batter can be rest for 8 hours.(if u are going to make the idlies for breakfast.,soak overnight.)

Then take idli pan and make idlies.Coconut chutney and pickle suits well with these idlies.
