Ingredients

  1. 1 lbchicken hearts
  2. 2white onions, chopped
  3. 1 tbspbutter
  4. 1 tbspvegetable oil
  5. 1 inchginger, sliced vertically
  6. 175 gbean sprouts
  7. 1carrot, sliced
  8. 3 clovesgarlic
  9. 2chili peppers
  10. 1/2 tspsalt
  11. 1/2 tsppepper
  12. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  13. 1 tbspvinegar
  14. 3 leaveslamb's lettuce for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Wok the onion, garlic, ginger and carrots in the butter and oil until the onion and carrots just starts to soften. 

  2. 2

    Add the chicken hearts and stir fry until just cooked. 

  3. 3

    Add the bean sprouts and stir fry for about 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Stir in the salt, pepper, chili pepper, vinegar and soy sauce, then allow to bubble away for about 3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Remove from the flame and garnish it with lamb's lettuce. Serve while it's warm.
