  1. 15Small Golden Russet Potatoes [thin sliced]
  2. 2 CupsCheddar Cheese
  3. 1/3 CupGreen Onions [chopped]
  4. 1 CanCream Of Mushroom Soup
  5. to tasteFresh Ground Black Pepper
  6. 1/2 tspGarlic Powder
  7. 1/2 tspOnion Powder
  8. 1 tbspGarlic Olive Oil
  9. 1/2 CupFresh Parsley [reserve 1/2 for garnish]

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Rinse, dry and slice potatoes - chop parsley and onions. Add everything except for 1/2 of your parsley. Mix well.

    Bake at 425° for 30 to 35 minutes. Or, until spuds are soft. Gently mix and garnish top with fresh parsley. That's it! Easy peasy! Enjoy!

Hense my love for the year round super fresh meats, seafoods and crispy fresh vegetables my students have consistently listed for your families picky approval!With that, cooking, teaching and feeding others are obviously 3 of my absolute passions in life. My culinary specialties as an easy going Chef include Asian, Mexican, Cajun, BBQing, Grilling, Irish Pub food, Low Country foods, anything seafood related, extra spicy foods, fresh meat, extra fresh vegetables, US comfort, kid friendly and super fast, quick and easy foods. But, I'll literally put anything in my mouth at least once. Pfft! My daddy didn't nickname me, "Goat," at two years of age for nothin'! Yup! I'll literally put anything in my mouth at least once!P.S. A question instead of a comment: Could red russet potatoes be used instead of the golden russet potatoes? I know they have a little bit different textue - will that affect the finished product?
