Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the plantain.

  2. 2

    Whisk the eggs in a bowl,add salt,onion in it.heat up vegetable oil in a sauce pan and pour in the egg to fry.

  3. 3

    Rinse and cut the vegetable,pour in a pot add salt,red pepper,onion stir and bring down immediately.
