Rice, plantain and snail sauce

Wash and parboil rice, wash again few minutes and reboil, allow to cook till dry and keep hot, put vegetable oil in a pan, when hot put in the sliced items and stir fry till the water dries off it then add ur salt and seasoning and then the snail and stir fry till the snail is really deep in d sauce then take off heat.

Was and peel plantain, salt it and then fry in hot vegetable oil till golden brown. Serve and pack it your kids.
