Ingredients

  • 5large eggs
  • 2big carrots
  • I medium size green pepper
  • I clove of garlic
  • I medium size of onion
  • 3fresh pepper
  • 2 tablespoongroundnut oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut all the vegetables to your desired size and shape.

  2. 2

    Break eggs into a bowl

  3. 3

    Add all the vegetables, oil, salt and beat very well.

  4. 4

    Pour into moi- moi cups or mugs.

  5. 5

    Steam for 10mins and served as desired.
