In dry pan on medium heat roast semolina and peanuts until the semolina is aromatic and slightly coloured, around 5-6 minutes and set aside

Now add oil and onions cook until onions are translucent, add chillies cook for another 2 minutes, add salt and vegetables, cover and cook for about 4 minutes, add water and bring to a boil

Now add semolina and constantly stir so no lumps are formed, cover and let it cook for 2 minutes turn heat off, let it rest for 10 minutes before serving with a lovely hot cup of Teh C Kosong!!!
