  1. potatoes
  2. 1 cupduck fat
  3. 12 mediumpotatoes
  4. toppings
  5. 15 ozcan of black rippened olives and a third cup of juice from can
  6. 1/3 lbbacon fried crisp
  7. 1 1/2 pintssour cream
  8. 1/2 cupchopped chives
  9. spices
  10. 1 tbspsalt
  11. 1 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  12. 1 1/2 tspground black pepper
  13. cheese
  14. 2 cupextra sharp cheddar cheese
  15. 2 cupmozzarella cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 450° Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Scub wash and cut up potatoes put into a pan add duck fat, spice to potatoes saved duck fat from my roasted duck

    Roast the potatoes in the oven till fork tender done

    Chop the olives add , add a third cup of olive juice from can to pan crisp the bacon add, shred the cheddar cheese, add mozzarella cheese add back to oven 10 minutes

    Add sour cream to top top with chives serve hope you enjoy
