Wash pepper and dice onion

Slice sausage not all the way throgh. And sprinkle salt

Wisk eggs agg onion salt and pepper

Use toothpick to hold ends making a heart

Spray pan and Saute for 5 secs on both sides

Gently pour in whisked eggs and cover pot on a very low heat dont forget to remove toothpick before plating
