Ingredients

  • 1 bunchboiled bathu
  • 1 bowlboiled chana
  • 2onion finely chopped
  • 2tomato finely chopped
  • 1 Tspginger, garlic paste
  • as neededOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli powder
  • 1 Tspturmeric powder
  • 2 Tspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat oil add onion,ginger, garlic paste cook it till them brown add tomato cook again till them soft.

  2. 2

    Now add all spices mix well.

  3. 3

    Add boiled bathu and chana daal mix it well.

  4. 4

    Garnish with butter.

  5. 5

    Ready to serve.
