Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmoong dal soaked for 4 hours
  2. 1 cupchana dal soaked for 4 hrs
  3. vegetables like:
  4. 1 cupeach green onions, palak, methi leaves
  5. 1 cupGreen peas, green grams fresh, pigeon peas, cluster beans,
  6. 1 cupWhite board beans fresh, brinjal, bottle gourd, potato,
  7. 1 cupSweet potato, green tomatoes, Cauliflower, cabbage, fresh garlic
  8. 1 cupValor, red tomato, small cup fresh Turmeric grated, ginger paste
  9. 1 tspGreen chillies paste
  10. As neededFor tempering: 2 tbsp oil, 1tsp Rai,1tsp jeera,
  11. 1 cuponion
  12. 1 cuptomato chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Chopped all vegetables.

    In cooker add both dals and all vegetables fresh haldi, ginger chilli paste.3 glass of water.

    Cook till 3 to 4 whistle.open the cooker check the vegetables are done.

    Heat oil add all things for tempering, onions, tomato saute till done. Add boiled vegetables cooktill done.Mash croasly.

    Serve hot with bajra roti and chaas,and salad ithis our Jamnagar famous dish.
