Wash and soak the soya beans and grind with ginger.

Sieve and pour the milk in a pot and put on fire to cook for some time until it starts to scent.

Put down and allow to cool. Add sugar and flavor of your choice. Refrigerate or put some ice cubes and serve chilled.
