Ingredients

  • 6eggs
  • Sauce for marinate
  • 1 dlsoya sauce
  • 1 dlteriyaki sauce
  • 1 pcsstar arnise
  • 1 stickcinnamon
  • 1/2 dlmirin

Steps

  1. 1

    Cooked the eggs for 6 min. Then put in cold water for 30min.

  2. 2

    In the meanwhile cooked up the marinated sauce in 5 min. Then put a side for cooling.

  3. 3

    Take out the eggs shell and put in the marinated sauce for over night in fridge. Ready to served on the next day.
