Make a jowar roti and rest for 7-8hrs in a plate.

Now make uneven pieces and soak in a water for 15-20 mins.

Now put oil in a pan add dry fenugreek curry patta and ginger chilli garlic paste saute. Add rotla pieces. pinch turmeric powder salt saute for a minute and add buttermilk. cook for 2-3 mins. And serve hot. Garnish with coriander. Yummy tasty traditional dish is ready to serve.
