Boil both the dals in 1 glass water till the water fully dries up.mash the boil dals

In a frying pan,heat 1 tsp ghee then fry the elaichi.put the dal and fry it

Add sugar and jaggery and fry it more.then add cardamom powder and black pepper powder.

Grind all the dry fruits.add the grinded dry fruits to the dal mix.when the mixture starts getting dry then close the flame and wait till it cools.

Knead and make dough of wheat flour and multi purpose flour together.

Make balls of the dough.roll it little.then add appropriate amount of dal mixture in it.roll it again.then flatten it with rolling pin.

Take a pan.heat it.put the flatten breads in the pan.cook both the sides with ghee till it gets cooked.

Our puran poli is ready.serve it with ghee and enjoy it.
