Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3/4 cupwhite sugar
  • 1/2 cupsour cream
  • 2eggs room temperature
  • 3 tablespoonsmelted butter
  • 2mashed bananas (3/4 cup)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cupflour
  • 1/2 teaspooncinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven at 375F

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, sour cream, egga, melted butter, mashed bananas, and vanilla. whisk untill fully combined.

  3. 3

    Add slowly flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder. stir until fully combined and smooth.

  4. 4

    Pour batter into prepared pan. bake for about 30 minutes
