Take cup all purpose flour and suji.

Add salt, 1/2 cup oil, ajwain and mix well.

Now knead tight dough using water and keep aside for 30 minutes.

Heat 1 teaspoon oil. Add jeera and hing.

Add boiled and cut pieces of pototoes.

Add all spices and saute for 3 to 5 minutes.

Add green coriander.

Now cool and mess it.

Now take ball from dough.

Roll it using rolling pin.

Now cut into two halves using knife.

Now apply water on edges of cut pieces so that edges will seal and give shape of samosa.

Now stuff with stuffing, and close edges.

Now dip fry samosa in hot oil at medium flame.

Serve hot with desired chutney.
