Cardamom flavoured Mishti dohi

Take a sauce pan and add milk into it. Heat it and add cardamom pods with just opened one side, keep simmering for 7-8min.

When it thickens lightly, add sugar and cardamom powder and simmer again for 2min.

Turn off heat and pet it cool down completely.

When it's just a little warm, (mix curd and water and beat well) add this curd puree into it and mix well.

Keep aside for 4 hrs or till it set completely.

Take a bowl and add some mishti dohi into it and top with some chopped fruits.

Serve..
