Take gram fLour. Add salt, turmeric powder, ginger chilli paste

Make thin batter using buttermilk.

Now heat batter by continuous storing.

When batter become thick and free flow turn off the gas. It will take 8 to 10 minutes.

Immediately Spread this batter over plate or platform.

When it cools, cut into pieces and roll it.

Now for tempering heat oil.

Add mustard seeds.

When mustard seeds stop cracking add sesame and green chillies.

When colours changes turn off the gas.

Pour this tempting over khandvi.

Spread dessicated coconut and serve with green coriander chutney
