Steps

Wash beaten rice with water and strain water,

Finely chopped all the vegetables.

Heat a pan add 2 spoon oil.

Add onions and roast untill turns pink.

Take out in a bowl.

Now add rest of the oil and add cumin seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and roast well.

Now add tomatoes, green chillis and roast well.

Now add penuts, capsicum, peas, salt and mix well.

Add beaten rice and mix well.

Cover with a lid and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.

After 2 mintues remove the lid and cook on medium flame.

Stir continuously.

Garnish with green coriander.

Serve hot with love.
