Plain Semolina Idli

In a big bowl add semolina, curd, salt and mix well.

Now heat a pan and add oil.

Add black mustard and cracker them.

Turn off the flame and mix it in batter.

If it is too thick add little water in small portions

Keep it aside for 20 mintutes.

After 20 minutes take a big vessel and add 2 glass of water to boil.

Put a stand in it.

Grease another tin.

When water starts boiling add baking soda in batter and mix well.

Now pour the batter in greased tin.

Place it on stand.

Cover the vessel with the lid and cook for 20 mintues on medium flame.

After 20 minutes check it with toothpick, if it is clean then idli is ready.

Turn off the flame and let it little bit cool.

Separated it from edges and cut in to pieces.

Serve with coconut chutney or sambhar.
