Steps

Prick the green chillies and tomatoes and roast the them in the hot ash and heated charcoal in the heat side. (If you don't have a heat side roast them in a tawa over gas top)

Meanwhile take the soya chunks and boil it by adding little salt for 3-5 mins.

Let it cool down for sometime. Drain the water and squeeze out the water nicely.

Next chop them and keep aside.

In a mortar and pestle ground the chillies, tomatoes and garlic with salt.

Now add the chopped soya, chopped coriander leaves and gently mix well and serve.
