In a pot add the bitter gourd, green chillies, chopped tomato, crushed ginger garlic, dry fish, salt and bamboo shoot juice.

Add water above the ingredients level, cover it with lid and bring to boil in medium heat.

Cook undisturbed till the water is evaporated completely and take off the flame.

The lid and let it cool down completely and serve.
