It is prepared with bitter gourd, dry fish, fermented bamboo shoot juice and few other ingredients which We use in our daily cooking. Ingredients

20 mins
3 servings
  • 4medium Bitter gourd
  • 5green chillies slit/chopped
  • 1Large tomato
  • 1 tbspcrushed ginger garlic
  • 3salted dry fish cut into halves
  • 2 tbspbamboo shoot juice(you can use fermented bamboo shoot)
  • to taste Salt
  • as neededWater

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    In a pot add the bitter gourd, green chillies, chopped tomato, crushed ginger garlic, dry fish, salt and bamboo shoot juice.

  2. 2

    Add water above the ingredients level, cover it with lid and bring to boil in medium heat.

  3. 3

    Cook undisturbed till the water is evaporated completely and take off the flame.

  4. 4

    The lid and let it cool down completely and serve.
