So my friend wants to have a rib cook off, and this is my 1st attempt. This is harder than I thought it would be, so if you have some suggestions for improvement please let me know. I am trying for a sweet start with a slight hot kick at the end.

2 tspcayenne pepper
2 tsp3 onion rub (its a pampered chef spice)
2 tspgarlic salt
1 tspMontreal steak seasoning
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tsppaprika
1/4 cupbrown sugar

Mix all together and apply over the meat.
