Steps

Take mixing bowl add oats and semolina, salt water to make batter pouring consistency keep aside

Take mixing bowl add mashed paneer, onion tomato salt chilli powder mixed herbs mix it

Heat oil in pan pour batter to make pancake cook one side till golden brown in colour flip it cook other side golden brown put stuffing roll it and serve with ketchup or green chutney
