Prepare batter by mixing all the ingredients given under the batter section.

For filling, Saute veggies of your choice, add herbs or spices of your choice

Fill the batter in a piping bag or any dispenser and cut a small hole. Spread the batter all over a non stick pan in the form of circles connected to each other.

Once cooked, flip and cook for few seconds the other side.

Remove and add the veggie filling and finely grate some cheese, roll the crepes and enjoy!
