In a bowl take 2 tbsp of milk and add custard powder, mix it well to form lumps free mixture. Keep it aside.

Heat a pan and add rest of the milk. Allow it to boil. Once it starts boiling keep string and boil it for about 7 to 8 min.

Now add sugar and let it dissolve completely. Once done, add the custard paste little by little and keep stirring in between to avoid lump formation.

Now mix well and cook for about 2-3 minute on low flame. Make sure that the mixture is not sticking to the bottom of pan. After 3 min, swtich off the flame and immediately remove it from burner. Allow it to cool down at room temperature.

Now add in the chopped fruits and mix well. Keep it in refrigerator for 3 hrs and serve it out in a bowl. Garnish it will some tooty fruity.

Note: You can add ice cream of your choice to enhance the taste. Dry fruits can also be used for garnishing.
