Ingredients

12-15 min
3-4 servings
  1. 2 cupsmilk
  2. 2 tablespoonsCustard powder (any flavour of your choice)
  3. 4 tablespoonsCustard powder
  4. 4-5 tablespoonssugar
  5. Fruits: (you can add and skip as per your choice)
  6. 1Apple (chopped)
  7. 1banana (chopped)
  8. 1/3 cupmango (chopped)
  9. 1/3 cupgrapes (black/green, chopped)
  10. 1/3pomegranate
  11. 1/3 cupTutti Frutti (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl take 2 tbsp of milk and add custard powder, mix it well to form lumps free mixture. Keep it aside.

  2. 2

    Heat a pan and add rest of the milk. Allow it to boil. Once it starts boiling keep string and boil it for about 7 to 8 min.

  3. 3

    Now add sugar and let it dissolve completely. Once done, add the custard paste little by little and keep stirring in between to avoid lump formation.

  4. 4

    Now mix well and cook for about 2-3 minute on low flame. Make sure that the mixture is not sticking to the bottom of pan. After 3 min, swtich off the flame and immediately remove it from burner. Allow it to cool down at room temperature.

  5. 5

    Now add in the chopped fruits and mix well. Keep it in refrigerator for 3 hrs and serve it out in a bowl. Garnish it will some tooty fruity.

  6. 6

    Note: You can add ice cream of your choice to enhance the taste. Dry fruits can also be used for garnishing.
