  2. Condensed milk as desired
  3. 1 cupHot water, about

    Add the tea bags in a mug or cup.

  2. 2

    Add in the hot water. Let it steep until thick.

  3. 3

    Take out the bags. Add in the condensed milk as much as you want.

  4. 4

    Mix. Enjoy.
