Little millet is rich in so much of fiber ,which helps in reducing weight.Also magnesium which is good for heart patients.This little millet contains so much of health benefits.It also tastes good.Try this one, i m sure u ll love this dosa.
Steps

Soak little millet rice overnight.(6-8 hrs)

In a grinder, add soaked little millet rice and grind.

Simultaneously,In a mixer jar,add tomato,small onion,jeera,red chilli grated coconut,asafoetida,curry leaves,fenugreek and grind in a mixer jar.

Once little millet batter is ready,mix it with the tomato mixture and mix it well.

Then add the little millet batter with the dosa idly batter and mix it well.

Now place the dosa pan on the stove and add some oil and make dosa.

Serve hot with coconut chutney.I m sure this will be one of your favourite dosa:)
